Firstly, we employ specialized testing machines to conduct the hydraulic press test. The loading weight is calculated as 700 pounds multiplied by 1.3, resulting in a test load of 910 pounds.

The safety testing is carried out using the loading testing machine. The ramp is subjected to the specified load for a duration of 4 hours to assess its performance under pressure. After the 4-hour period, we carefully inspect the ramp for any signs of damage, deformation, or indentation. Additionally, we measure the flatness of the ramp surface. If everything appears normal and there are no issues, the test is considered successful.

Secondly, we conduct real-world simulation testing of the ramp using vehicles. The loading weight for this test is calculated as 700 pounds multiplied by 1.2, resulting in a test load of 840 pounds.

During the test, the ramp is loaded with a weight equivalent to 1.25 times the vehicle’s weight, and it is held in place. After the vehicle is unloaded from the ramp, we carefully observe if the ramp returns to its normal position. If everything appears normal without any issues, the test is considered successful.
